By accessing or using Skeelzy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Skeelzy is a developer career platform offering quiz-based skill assessment, verified skill tracking, resume building tools, and a jobs/application experience. Some features are available for free; others require payment.

The jobs feature may include job descriptions, company information, saved listings, in-app applications, and external links that direct you to third-party application pages. In future, we may also offer employer or recruiter onboarding, listing management, and related hiring tools.

You may sign in using supported authentication methods such as GitHub, Google, or email/password in order to access personalised features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts to generate quiz attempts or abuse AI-generation endpoints.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorised information in a job application, recruiter form, company profile, or job listing.
• Harvest candidate data, scrape job listings at scale, or use the jobs feature to build a competing database without our permission.
• Upload, publish, or distribute job descriptions, company materials, or application content that you do not have the right to use.

Certain features (resume exports, ATS scans, Skill Sprints, premium templates) require purchasing credits or a subscription. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party gateways such as Cashfree, Razorpay, or other supported providers. Skeelzy does not store your card or bank details.

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are the property of Skeelzy and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (e.g. your resume content). By using the Service, you grant Skeelzy a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Job descriptions, company names, logos, recruiter materials, and related listing content may belong to employers, recruiters, or other third parties. Their appearance on Skeelzy does not transfer ownership to you. You may not reuse or republish that content except as permitted by law or by the rights holder.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, availability, or continued validity of any job listing, company description, external apply link, recruiter communication, interview outcome, or hiring result. Listings may change, expire, be withdrawn, or contain inaccuracies supplied by third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skeelzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Without limiting the above, Skeelzy is not responsible for employer or recruiter decisions, missed opportunities, rejected applications, external-site failures, broken third-party application flows, inaccurate listing content provided by third parties, or losses arising after you leave Skeelzy for an external application destination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
