Refund Policy
Effective date: 18 March 2026
We want you to be happy with Skeelzy. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Digital Credits
Credits for resume exports, template unlocks, ATS scans, and Skill Sprints are non-refundable once used. If you purchased a credit but have not used it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Pro Yearly Subscription (₹3,250/yr)
If you subscribed to Pro and have not used any Pro-exclusive features, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, or if you have used Pro features (unlimited exports, premium templates, ATS scans, AI bullets), refunds are not available. There are no partial or pro-rated refunds for cancellations mid-term.
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you were charged but did not receive credits or a plan upgrade, email us within 30 days with your payment ID and we will investigate and issue a full refund or manual credit within 1–3 business days.
If you were charged twice for the same order (duplicate transaction), we will automatically refund the duplicate charge after verification.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@skeelzy.com with:
- Subject:
Refund Request – [your order/payment ID] - Your registered GitHub email or username
- The payment ID or order ID (visible in your Profile → Payment History)
- A brief reason for the request
We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (timelines depend on your bank or UPI provider).
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after fully using the purchased feature.
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- The request is made after the applicable refund window has passed.
6. Cancellation
Skeelzy does not offer auto-renewing subscriptions at this time. The Pro yearly plan is a one-time purchase valid for 12 months. Cancellation before expiry does not entitle you to a refund beyond the 7-day window described above.
