Program Terms
Effective 9 August 2026 · These terms supplement the general Skeelzy Terms and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and selection
Applicants must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or have the permission required by local law. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Skeelzy may limit cohort size, waitlist applicants, or end participation at its discretion.
2. Your role
Ambassadors may share their unique campaign link, organise educational activities, and introduce students to Skeelzy. Ambassadors are independent program participants, not employees, agents, or authorised representatives of Skeelzy.
3. Acceptable promotion
Promotion must be relevant, honest, and permission-based. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, make guaranteed-job or income claims, impersonate Skeelzy, purchase misleading traffic, or use college branding without permission.
4. Qualified participation
Raw clicks do not earn rewards. A qualified completion is a distinct learner attributed to your campaign who signs in and completes a scored quiz. Self-referrals, duplicate identities or devices, automated traffic, unusually concentrated traffic, reversed activity, and other suspicious events may be excluded.
5. Rewards
Milestones and displayed rewards are part of the pilot and may change for future activity. Reaching a displayed threshold creates a pending reward; it does not guarantee payment or fulfilment until Skeelzy reviews and approves the underlying participation. Rewards may have tax consequences that remain the participant’s responsibility.
6. Review and disputes
Skeelzy may request context for activity, reject suspicious participation, correct metrics, or withhold a reward where these terms were breached. Questions about a decision should be sent to support@skeelzy.com with the campaign code.
7. Program materials
Skeelzy grants approved ambassadors a limited, revocable right to use the provided campaign materials only for this program. Do not alter logos in misleading ways or imply an official college partnership unless one exists in writing.
8. Privacy
Application details are used to review, operate, secure, and communicate about the program. Attribution uses privacy-preserving hashes and identifiers to measure distinct participation and detect abuse. The Skeelzy Privacy Policy also applies.
9. Removal and changes
Either side may end participation. Skeelzy may deactivate a campaign for inactivity, misconduct, security risk, or program changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page; continued participation after notice means acceptance of the updated terms.
